I am a person who believes in saving money but only if it does not compromise the quality of the products or goods I am purchasing. Refurbished items are one way to save money. I currently own an Olympic DSLR refurbished camera that I absolutely love and adore. This refurbished camera was refurbished by the manufacturer and came with a warranty just as long as the new cameras on the market have. The only difference between my refurbished camera and the brand new cameras on the market is the price difference I paid for it. The camera has worked fine for a year now with no issues.
While laptops in any brand are a little scary when considering a refurbished one, I do believe in the quality of Toshiba and their products. Since I am currently looking for a new laptop, I have checked out the Toshiba refurbished laptops. One thing I did find out about Toshiba refurbished laptops is that they come with only a 90 day warranty which is significantly less than that of the new warranty which is generally at least a year. Now you do have the option of purchasing an aftermarket extended warranty which probably will be a smart idea when considering a laptop.
